Lyn is an artist and art tutor with 30 years experience in painting ,ceramics and teaching art in schools and colleges. After retiring early from Head of Art at Cokethorpe School,she travelled extensively and her paintings in oil,watercolour and mixed media are based on collected images from home and abroad. The paintings reflect her love of colour and light and her lively brushwork give a vitality to her favourite subjects which range from wildlife ,portraits to reflections on water . Her production of ceramics and 3D form has been strong throughout her career.

Exhibitions have been held in Bucks and Oxon and during artweeks . Lyn now holds small weekly painting classes in her home studio and is a supportive and enthusiastic tutor .
